Use this form to get the most out of your most valuable asset, your time.

Take a minute and write down one or two goals to improve in your putting, wedging, approach shots, and tee shots.

Recommend breaking your practice into four fifteen minute increments and this should take you about 70-minutes to complete while investing five minutes before and after your round.

To really get the most out of your time, review your previous scorecard a use the data from the Golf Achievement Scorecard.

As an added bonus, if you are currently receiving coaching from me, snap a picture of your form and put it in your CoachNow account and I’ll provide feedback.
