I met Vlad Grabosky at a PGA function at the TPC Twin Cities and customized my stick (which you can do for yourself, your team or company) to be used with developing golfers and competitive golfers alike.
I put three marks on the stick from one-foot, two-feet and three feet to allow golfers of all ages and abilities to progress their skills with the stick. I also added inch marks to identify backswing length and stance width and ball position.

I’ve had success not only on the green but off the green too! I’ve used it to teach wedge shots, approach shots and tee shots and have recorded videos and training protocols to follow to get the most out of this tool.
I accidently found out that it also helps with 10-15 and 20-yard chips and pitch shots by using the dots on the stick to determine your backswing length.
